1. Definitions

• "Deposit" refers to any transfer of funds from a player's external payment source (bank account, e-wallet, or other accepted payment method) into the player's omtgel account balance.
• "Withdrawal" refers to any transfer of funds from a player's omtgel account balance to the player's registered external payment destination.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a player on a game outcome, sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered by omtgel.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, cashback credits, or other promotional value issued by omtgel to a player's account, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and omtgel. By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree" or by accessing any part of the omtgel platform, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after changes to these terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use omtgel's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. omtgel reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, and all deposits and winnings will be forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of omtgel complies with the laws of your country, state, or region of residence. omtgel does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling due to a court order, self-exclusion program, or other legal restriction.
• Single Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one active account with omtgel. Multiple accounts registered under the same name, household, IP address, payment method, or device are strictly prohibited. omtgel reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and confiscate any associated funds or winnings.
• Personal Use Only: Your omtgel account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any third party to use your account, nor may you transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to another person.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an omtgel account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

omtgel is required to verify the identity of all account holders under applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification (such as your Indonesian National ID or KTP), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and any other documentation reasonably requested by omtgel to verify your identity and payment methods.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds. omtgel reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documentation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all resulting transactions.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify omtgel immediately via email at [email protected]. omtgel is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless such access results from a proven security breach on our end.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

omtgel accepts deposits via the following payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account verification status. omtgel does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. omtgel reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by omtgel.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes to 3 hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time) business hours. Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

omtgel reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or in cases where suspicious activity is detected.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

omtgel is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be requested. Accounts that attempt to withdraw funds without meeting this minimum wagering requirement may be flagged for review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

omtgel offers various bonuses and promotional offers to players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates.

Bonus Abuse: Players who engage in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposite bets, exploiting software errors, or otherwise manipulating the bonus system, will have their accounts closed and all funds confiscated.

7. Betting Rules & Game Fairness

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections are correct before submitting them. omtgel does not accept responsibility for user errors, including incorrect stake amounts or accidental bet placements.

omtgel reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or violation of these terms.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, the official league body for BRI Liga 1). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7.3 Casino Games & RNG Certification

All casino games, slots, and togel draws offered by omtgel use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited by third-party testing agencies to guarantee compliance with international fairness standards.

7.4 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios and are subject to the decisions of the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be completed according to the dealer's actions, and results will be settled accordingly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the omtgel platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, false identities, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Intentionally exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors for financial gain.

9. Limitation of Liability

omtgel provides its services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, omtgel disclaims all liability for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, software errors, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays, failures, or errors.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Maximum Liability: In no event shall omtgel's total liability to you exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the three months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

omtgel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for over 12 months may be subject to closure).

Upon account closure, you may request a withdrawal of your remaining account balance, provided you have met all verification and wagering requirements. omtgel reserves the right to withhold funds in cases of suspected fraud or terms violations pending investigation.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion tools are also available for players who wish to restrict their access to the platform for responsible gaming purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which omtgel is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
